Wedding Planning can be a stubborn task and indicating a precise budget is additional pain. But it doesn't have to be. You can plan your dream wedding without going into debt. When you begin looking at how much your budget will be consider these 3 tips!
FIND OUT WHO'S HELPING
Is it just you and your fiancé? Are your parents or other family members helping with the cost? Whatever the case may be, you need to know who's contributing in order to calculate your overall budget.
BE REALISTIC WITH YOUR NUMBERS
Once you determine how much financial assistance you'll be receiving, it's time to figure out how much you will be contributing. Ask yourself - how much can we realistically and comfortably afford? Do you have a savings goal between now and the wedding, and is it reasonable?
FIGURE OUT HOW MANY GUESTS WILL BE ATTENDING
The cost of your wedding is heavily based upon the guest count. The number of guests you'll have will determine the size of your venue, how much food and alcohol you'll need, the number of invitations, table and chair rentals, cake slices, wedding favors, and more. Think about the cost per-person and determine what is reasonable for you and your fiancé.
